Also my sister has her birthday today - happy birthday Caleb (Lisa).

I have been cleared for full weight bearing on my leg and no more need for a crutch. I am going to get a walking stick for longer walks and support. Thank you God - no more blue brace and crutches.

I am in therapy three days a week for my knee. (Physical therapy - I could use the mental side too.)

Spent the day with my family and extended family at my folks. They live across the street from a park and a beach on Lake Michigan. We hung out under the blazing sun and I got burned. Working today on the garage sale for tomorrow. Tonight Vic and I are heading to Outback Steakhouse to use some gift certificates from Christmas! I can't believe it took so long to use them! HELP! :) Played golf last night and played poorly. It was my first time out and I was rusty, but I also kept thinking my bad knee would bust open during my swing...
