Pastor Prayer Gathering

Today we are hosting the pastors of our community for the monthly prayer gathering. We are all going to be crammed into the HUB (our office/meeting space). We'll have worship and prayer from 11-12 and then food and chatting from 12-1.

I enjoy getting together with other pastors. It gives a sense of unity in the Christian community. I have no idea how many people are coming. It could be big or a bust.

I just said bust.

A sense of unity... yes, but it also is cool, because everyone will know the secret handshake too.

Spent the day with my family and extended family at my folks. They live across the street from a park and a beach on Lake Michigan. We hung out under the blazing sun and I got burned. Working today on the garage sale for tomorrow. Tonight Vic and I are heading to Outback Steakhouse to use some gift certificates from Christmas! I can't believe it took so long to use them! HELP! :) Played golf last night and played poorly. It was my first time out and I was rusty, but I also kept thinking my bad knee would bust open during my swing...
