Kevin "the stine" posted a video of our rag tag softball crew on a site. His honey did the video work. I cut it down to put my swing in slow motion so I could study the mechanics... I must say it is a horrible swing... I am babying that knee... See if you have any suggestions.

Spent the day with my family and extended family at my folks. They live across the street from a park and a beach on Lake Michigan. We hung out under the blazing sun and I got burned. Working today on the garage sale for tomorrow. Tonight Vic and I are heading to Outback Steakhouse to use some gift certificates from Christmas! I can't believe it took so long to use them! HELP! :) Played golf last night and played poorly. It was my first time out and I was rusty, but I also kept thinking my bad knee would bust open during my swing...
