The world gets more and more bite sized and fast.

Over five years ago I started this blog. When I started I enjoyed sitting down and giving updates on my life, what I was experiencing, and sharing things that where on my mind and heart. Many of the earlier posts were longer... The word "rant" started to creep into the vocabularies of bloggers.

I have to admit that I would much rather check in on someone through TWITTER or Facebook for quick updates or thoughts now.

So - as this blog morphs into something else in the future (trying to figure that out still) - I encourage you to join the TWITTER universe and follow me here.

Spent the day with my family and extended family at my folks. They live across the street from a park and a beach on Lake Michigan. We hung out under the blazing sun and I got burned. I went and picked up hot dogs and stuff for Sunday morning. It will be fitting to gather and worship God, the ultimate freedom giver, on the fourth of July. Have a great weekend! Working today on the garage sale for tomorrow. Tonight Vic and I are heading to Outback Steakhouse to use some gift certificates from Christmas! I can't believe it took so long to use them! HELP! :) Played golf last night and played poorly. It was my first time out and I was rusty, but I also kept thinking my bad knee would bust open during my swing...
