Batman and the Terrorist

Saw Batman. The Joker is an absolute terrorist. Great acting by Heath Ledger. Batman's masked voice is annoying. It is amazing how the Joker has gone from a laughing goof ball to a force of pure darkness and evil... Could it be the post 9/11 world?

It was a great movie - although it seemed to have a few endings, but I like long movies. I like to get my money's worth.

Dark Knight with a second place nod to Iron Man. Never would have guessed to comic book movies to be such great films. The acting in Dark Knight, across the board was incredible, and the editing was amazing.

Okay, the masked Batman voice, I've never heard mentioned until now - and everytime I heard it, I rolled my eyes. They did it in "Batman Begins" too. And this time around I thought, "I hope they don't do that stupid voice thing again." It was even worse this time. Ah, well.

Several endings? Yes. Too long (money's worth) mmmm-hmmmm. Snap. C'mon credits. "ROLL THE CREDITS!!!"

Best of the summer...for me so far..."Kitt Kittridge: An American Girl" I know, embarrassing. Take a girl and watch it. All about the great depression and a time to "see" what my grandma used to tell me all about. A really good movie. And little abigail what's her face Sunshine of a spotless mind girl, is the real deal. And a good cast...I was surprised.

I heard Iron Man was great...didn't see it. Great Debators is up for rent now. Everyone should see this. LOVED this movie.

Spent the day with my family and extended family at my folks. They live across the street from a park and a beach on Lake Michigan. We hung out under the blazing sun and I got burned. Working today on the garage sale for tomorrow. Tonight Vic and I are heading to Outback Steakhouse to use some gift certificates from Christmas! I can't believe it took so long to use them!
