Willem Steven Deur

The dude arrived Thursday, May 25th around 2:30 pm. 7 pounds and I think 12 ounces. 20 inches. A little smaller than our other two, but a half week earlier too. Cute, quiet, soft, and carrying weapons... you should see his guns! :)

Vicki did an AMAZING job in the labor. Vicki and Willem are fine.
We are hanging out in Holland and should be back soon.

PS - seeing a baby born takes your breath away. a freaking miracle.

So, a few weeks/months from now...when your up late doing your shift, and you end up having the talk with Vic about it being time for "the procedure", don't call me for a nice story about how it's no big deal or to ask for my Dr.'s name ok.

(I was definately worth it though! See, you just never knowwhat people will write on you blog page).

Spent the day with my family and extended family at my folks. They live across the street from a park and a beach on Lake Michigan. We hung out under the blazing sun and I got burned. Working today on the garage sale for tomorrow. Tonight Vic and I are heading to Outback Steakhouse to use some gift certificates from Christmas! I can't believe it took so long to use them!
