adoption update

Vicki and I just completed all our paperwork for the adoption. We still will have a long wait, but at least the little details are done! Now we learn patience and trust God.

I hope to be starting an adoption blog soon with that journey.

Spent the day with my family and extended family at my folks. They live across the street from a park and a beach on Lake Michigan. We hung out under the blazing sun and I got burned. I went and picked up hot dogs and stuff for Sunday morning. It will be fitting to gather and worship God, the ultimate freedom giver, on the fourth of July. Have a great weekend! Working today on the garage sale for tomorrow. Tonight Vic and I are heading to Outback Steakhouse to use some gift certificates from Christmas! I can't believe it took so long to use them! HELP! :) Played golf last night and played poorly. It was my first time out and I was rusty, but I also kept thinking my bad knee would bust open during my swing...
